March 9th: Open Volunteer Time

Each 2nd and 4th Monday from 3:30 – 6PM we have Open Volunteer Time! There is something to do for all ages and abilities. Come in with your family or organization and get a taste of the volunteer life without the commitment.

March 23rd – 28th: Socks & Underwear Distribution

Each year NLCP distributes socks and underwear to our Pantry families.

March 23rd: Getting Into Gardening

You’re invited to join the North Liberty Community Pantry and Local Harvest CSA for another evening of planning your 2020 garden! We had such a great turnout last year that we will be moving this event across the parking lot to a bigger space.
No experience? No idea where to begin? No problem!
Enjoy snacks and refreshments as we help you navigate the in’s and out’s of starting your vegetable garden.
Attendees will be able to take home seeds, raffle prizes, and other special items to help with a successful growing season.
There will also be a sign up available for anyone interested in renting a garden plot this year from the city of North Liberty.

March 22nd – 31st: Volunteer Surveys

Our volunteer’s opinions MATTER! During this time we will be asking NLCP volunteers about their experience at the Pantry and how they think things can improve.
